Sites
Vigo County Industrial Park-
The VCIP is 1,500-acres owned by a single entity, Vigo County Redevelopment
Commission. It features all underground power service and a brand
new substation for reliability. Natural Gas, sanitary sewer, potable
water and fiber optic services are there and waiting. Convenient transportation
access is available to adjacent U.S. Highway 41, via Industrial Drive.

Pfizer-Terre Haute/Vigo County Indiana-
The 935-acres is home to 23 multi-purpose manufacturing, filling and packaging facilities totaling approximately 560,000 square-feet. The state-of-the-art plant offers space that is flexible and could be configured for a wide range of industries including life science, technology, and food and beverage companies. The site will support new development as well with approximately 779-acres of vacant land. The site is situated just south of Interstate Highway 70 with direct access to U.S. Highway 41 and State Highways 150 and 63. The site is also within close proximity to Terre Haute International Airport.

Fort Harrison Business Park-
A privately-held facility within Terre Haute’s corporate limits.
This facility, one can purchase greenfield sites for the development
of new industrial structures.
The 152-acre planned development situated at the northeast corner
of North Fruitridge Avenue and the Steelton Road intersection in Terre
Haute, Indiana. Portions of the Park are currently being developed

Distributors Terminal Building-
This facility at 1383 Aberdeen Avenue is located in the Fort Harrison Industrial Park. It is well suited for warehousing, distribution and manufacturing.
